Application Development Lead (Appian)

12 month contract Geelong (3 days p/w on site) $750 - $950 per day/DOE An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Application Development Lead to provide technical leadership for a growing enterprise Appian capability. This is a strategic role focused on architecture, governance, vendor oversight and platform direction. You will act as the technical authority for Appian, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities Lead Appian architecture and technical solution design.Establish governance, standards and best practices.Provide technical assurance and oversight of vendor-delivered solutions.Drive platform strategy, scalability and continuous improvement.Guide MVPs, pilots and enterprise platform initiatives.Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders. About You 7+ years' experience delivering enterprise Appian solutions.Strong Appian architecture expertise across process models, SAIL, records, CDTs, integrations and data management.Proven experience in Technical Lead, Architect or Platform Lead roles.Experience reviewing and governing vendor-delivered solutions.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Background delivering solutions within Agile environments.
