About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fullstack Web Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic software development team in Kiel. This role is vital in advancing our digital products, particularly in the development and enhancement of our Steuerungslösung ecc 4.0 and related web-based applications and tools. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative web solutions, shaping the user experience and functionality of our control systems. The role is initially limited to 18 months, providing a unique chance to contribute to meaningful projects within a growing organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize web architectures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technical informatics or a comparable qualification. They should have several years of professional experience in fullstack web development, with proven expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, native JavaScript, and Python is essential, alongside a solid understanding of common network protocols. Experience with test frameworks and familiarity with standard database systems are also required. The candidate must demonstrate a reliable, self-directed, and structured approach to work, complemented by excellent teamwork, initiative, and curiosity. Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is necessary to effectively communicate within the international environment of the company. Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive web architectures, covering both frontend and backend components, to support our control systems and digital tools.Create and implement user interfaces for our compressors based on modern web technologies, ensuring intuitive and efficient user experiences.Continuously improve and optimize our web-based tool landscape to enhance performance, usability, and functionality.Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of all web applications and features.Prepare and update technical documentation to facilitate maintenance, updates, and knowledge sharing within the team.
