The Role: We’re very excited to be looking for a full-time Web Developer to join our growing agency! We’re after a long-term team member who has a immaculate eye. Your duties would include: React & Next.js Development - Build dynamic, performant web applications using modern React frameworksHeadless CMS Integration - Connect front-end applications with headless content management systems (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity)WordPress Development - Create custom themes, plugins, and headless WordPress implementationsShopify Development - Build custom Shopify themes, liquid templating, and Shopify Plus solutionsComponent-Based Architecture - Develop reusable React components and design systemsAPI Integration & Data Fetching - Implement REST and GraphQL APIs for seamless data flowPerformance Optimisation - Ensure fast loading times, SEO optimisation, and Core Web Vitals complianceUser Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) Implementation - Transform designs into pixel-perfect, interactive interfacesResponsive Web Design - Create mobile-first, cross-browser compatible applicationsFigma to Code Translation - Convert design files into functional React componentsVersion Control & Deployment - Manage code through Git, deploy via Vercel, Netlify, or similar platformsClient Communication & Technical Consultation - Present technical solutions and project updates to stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and marketing teamsModern Development Workflow - Utilise TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and contemporary development toolsE-commerce Solutions - Implement shopping cart functionality, payment gateways, and conversion optimisationWebsite Maintenance & Updates - Ongoing support for React applications and CMS-driven websites BONUS: Animation DesignApp Design We’re Looking For A Candidate With The Following Skills: Experience within a Web Designer or Web Developer role with a proven ability and portfolio of work for reference (Examples provided).+ Thinking outside the box to drive outstanding resultsClear client communicationAttention to detailThe ability to work both independently and in a team environmentA strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skillsPassion and energy for the roleBasic understanding of GithubConfident knowledge of: HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery & MySQLDomain Management & DNS ManagementUnderstanding of WHM & cPanelUnderstanding of Vercel Hosting PlatformHighly confident WordPress knowledge (Custom templates & custom functionality)Understanding of responsive web design and browser restrictionsExperience with E-Commerce applications (WooCommerce, Shopify & Magento)Other: Gatsby, React, Next.js or any other Javascript frameworks.
