This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: Mission Telecom is a nonprofit wireless broadband provider and grantmaking foundation. The organization partners with nonprofits, schools, and libraries to close the digital divide by providing reliable, affordable wireless broadband and connected devices. It also funds social impact organizations working to advance equity and justice, focusing on multiracial democracy, movement infrastructure and innovation, and telecom justice, including broadband affordability policy. About the Opportunity: The SENIOR .NET FULL-STACK ENGINEER will develop and maintain software systems, integrations, and automations critical to the organization's operations. The role's primary focus is on Mission Connect, a custom business application supporting sales, customer management, billing, payments, fulfillment, and operational workflows. After the platform's launch, this position will hold primary engineering ownership, ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of the software to support the organization’s mission. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, maintain, and support software applications using C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, Radzen, and related technologies.Build staff and customer-facing interfaces, application services, business logic, background processing, and data access.Serve as primary engineer for software systems, collaborating with leadership to set priorities and plan releases.Translate operational requirements into automated workflows supporting grantmaking, marketing, sales, billing, payments, fulfillment, customer service, and reporting.Develop scripts and automation for data exchange, system administration, diagnostics, deployment, and operational tasks.Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot secure integrations with internal and third-party systems including CRM, marketing, analytics, accounting, payments, and telecom platforms.Design and optimize PostgreSQL and other databases, handling schema changes and performance issues.Develop and support financial and operational workflows involving orders, invoices, payments, taxes, and customer accounts.Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls using Microsoft Entra ID and identity standards.Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and support applications within Microsoft Azure.Build and maintain CI/CD processes and develop automated testing for critical workflows.Participate in code reviews and maintain software quality standards. Requirements: Experience with C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, Radzen, and related technologies.Strong knowledge of full-stack development including front-end interfaces and back-end services.Experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and maintenance.Proficiency with APIs and system integrations using REST, webhooks, SDKs, and file-based exchanges.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services including App Service, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Application Insights, and networking.Experience with authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.Ability to develop automated testing using tools like Playwright.Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders.
