About the Opportunity: The SOFTWARE ENGINEER, CDP - FOUNDATIONS is responsible for developing core backend services and APIs that support the platform capabilities of the crypto product ecosystem. This role directly impacts the ease with which partners and customers interact with the infrastructure, contributing to secure, scalable, and reliable service delivery. The position involves leading feature development, maintaining operational excellence, and enhancing developer experience. Responsibilities: Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure backend services within a microservices and distributed architectureDefine and implement internal and customer-facing APIs focusing on clean design and developer usabilityLead the full cycle of feature delivery from development to deployment and monitoringAddress technical debt and improve system reliability and observability proactivelyParticipate in code reviews and on-call rotations, lead incident responses, and promote high code quality through constructive feedback Requirements: Minimum of 2 years professional experience with backend services in microservices or distributed systemsExperience designing and delivering APIs with an emphasis on quality and usabilityKnowledge of deployment and monitoring within microservice environmentsEffective communication of technical trade-offs to cross-functional teamsResponsible use of generative AI tools in workflows with human oversight for quality and efficiency improvements Pay Range and Compensation Package: Annual base salary range: $152,405 to $179,300 USD, excluding equity and bonuses Benefits & Perks: Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
