Role Description The Senior Dotnet Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, performing code reviews, and troubleshooting issues across development and production environments. The Senior Dotnet Developer also contributes to architectural decisions, mentors junior developers, and participates in continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and best practices. Close collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders is expected to deliver high-quality software that supports BINUS Group’s educational and technology initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience, including the full software development lifecycle.Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in .NET Core for building and maintaining modern applications.Candidates should possess practical experience with ASP.NET MVC for developing web-based solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in designing system architectures, integrating APIs, and optimizing application performance.Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and version control tools (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
