DevOps Engineer

You’ll join their growing IT team in Bucharest and help deliver reliable, scalable platforms for their development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building, automating, and operating modern cloud and container infrastructures. You’ll work closely with development teams to implement efficient CI/CD processes, while ensuring scalable, reliable, and observable system operations across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS and Azure) and collaborating with security teams on SOC requirements. Main Responsibilities Build, operate, and continuously improve Kubernetes clusters in on-premises and cloud environmentsImplement and maintain GitOps workflows, for example, using Argo CD or FluxAutomate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as CodeDesign, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelinesManage and optimize cloud environments in AWS and AzureEnsure system reliability, monitoring, and observability, for example using Prometheus and GrafanaCollaborate with security teams to meet SOC requirements and implement best practicesEvaluate and integrate open-source technologiesTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support incident response Requirements At least 4 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud EngineeringStrong knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies such as DockerExperience with GitOps principles and related toolsSolid experience with AWSExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systemsUnderstanding of security concepts and SOC processesStrong Linux and networking skillsExperience with automation tools such as Terraform and AnsibleProgramming or scripting skills, for example in Python or BashHigh degree of ownership; solution-oriented way of workingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAnalytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solvingWillingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvementEnglish: business proficient / negotiation level Nice to Have Knowledge of policy as code and security scanning toolsExperience operating open-source platformsExperience with AzureGood working knowledge of German
