Description

We are looking for a Martech AdTech Engineer to work in a hybrid capacity on a large-scale retail media and data transformation program. You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting solutions across ad serving, audience activation, measurement, analytics, and cloud data platforms. Working closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, platform vendors, and offshore teams, you will help deliver scalable Martech and AdTech capabilities in a fast-paced agile environment. Engineering & Technical Delivery Design and implement solutions across ad serving, data pipelines, audience activation, identity, measurement, and reporting platforms.Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, integration specifications, and implementation plans.Develop and maintain APIs, data integrations, event pipelines, and supporting engineering components.Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and offshore teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical reviews, and production support activities.Produce and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, deployment documentation, and data flow diagrams. Ad Technology Platforms Configure and implement retail media ad-serving platforms and supporting integrations.Develop and support ad-serving capabilities for sponsored products, Product Listing Ads (PLA), display, video, and native advertising formats.Implement platform migration activities, including tag deployment, campaign migration support, testing, and production cutover activities.Configure and support integrations with DSPs and advertising platforms, including The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, and similar ecosystems.Support campaign enablement workflows, inventory management, ad decisioning, audience targeting, and event tracking capabilities.Measurement, Attribution & Analytics Implement measurement frameworks connecting advertising events with customer, loyalty, and transaction data.Develop data pipelines supporting attribution, reporting, and campaign performance measurement.Support experimentation and incrementality testing initiatives through data integration and reporting enablement.Build reporting datasets and metrics required for RMN reporting, including ROAS, new-to-brand, sales lift, share of voice, and related KPIs.Support clean-room integrations and privacy-safe measurement solutions in collaboration with data and analytics teams.Develop event ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines supporting advertising measurement and analytics. Data, Cloud & Identity Engineering Develop and support cloud-native data solutions on Azure,GCP and/or AWS.Build and maintain Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery integrations, data pipelines, transformations, and data-sharing capabilities.Implement identity resolution, audience activation, and audience syndication integrations across marketing and advertising platforms.Develop first-party audience pipelines supporting targeting, activation, measurement, and reporting use cases.Support data governance, consent management, lineage, monitoring, and observability requirements in compliance with enterprise standards. Required Experience 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, Martech, AdTech, or digital advertising technology environments.3+ years working within retail media, digital advertising, AdTech, or Martech ecosystems.Hands-on experience with Azure/GCP/AWS cloud services, data processing, and integration frameworks.Experience with Snowflake/Databricks, data modelling, ELT/ETL processes, and cloud data warehouse implementations.Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), or equivalent marketing technology platforms.Understanding of ad-serving platforms, DSPs, SSPs, header bidding, programmatic advertising, and ad tag management.Experience supporting retail media platforms such as Kevel, Critus, Google Ad Manager, or equivalent solutions.Experience working with attribution, measurement, audience activation, and advertising analytics solutions.Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with distributed engineering teams. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
