We are seeking a Software Engineer III to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable applications that support process engineering and automation initiatives. In this role, you will develop AI-enabled websites, internal tools, dashboards, and application programming interfaces that operate in a compliance-driven environment. The role requires hands-on experience across the software development life cycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack engineering experience, applies secure development practices throughout the build process, and uses AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and enhance solutions. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree4+ years of experience in application development, including test-driven development4+ years of experience with Python and full-stack web development technologies, including React, HTML, CSS, .NET, and application programming interfaces (APIs)4+ years of experience across the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenanceActive Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraphAbility to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
