What You’ll Do
Day-to-Day
Support the analysis, documentation, testing, and validation of business requirements ensuring all the decisions and requirements changes are properly capturedCollaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams across the bank as well as external partners to deliver the end-to-end solutionTranslate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user storiesContribute towards workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirementsContribute to design and optimization of payment processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsSupport scrum master and project manager in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiativesPerform gap analysis, root cause assessments, and release readiness reviews for payment system enhancements or upgradesMonitor post-implementation performance and incident resolutionMust be able to work within tight deadlines and schedules which may result in extended working hours during peak time to meet project deliverablesMentor and coach less experienced team membersSupport various portfolio initiatives where possibleChampion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledgeChampion a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environmentExperience and willingness to execute various test cyclesAbility to come to Scarborough office 4 times a week

Strong expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering & documenting and system analysisCore analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex information into clear insightsAbility to conduct gap analysis on different payment standardsStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the bankAbility to quickly adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to proactively identify project risks and contribute to overall project health and successProficiency in using Jira / Confluence/ MS OfficePayments Domain Knowledge is an assetExperience working in Agile project methodologyExperience in Banking/Financial industry is a nice-to-have
