Role Description The Jr.
Product Development Food/Nutraceuticals role is a full-time, on-site position based in Woodstock, ON.
This role supports the development of new food and nutraceutical products, including capsules, tablets, and powders, from initial concept through to pilot and full-scale production.
Day-to-day tasks include assisting with formulation work, conducting bench trials, gathering and organizing data, and supporting documentation for product specifications and quality requirements.
The role involves collaborating with R&D, production, quality, and sales teams to align product features with customer needs and regulatory standards.
The Jr.
Product Development team member will also help evaluate raw materials, support sample preparation for clients, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes and products.
Qualifications
