Description

If you’re capable of getting into big tech, a top bank or MBB consulting then you already have plenty of good options. And this probably isn’t the safest one... If that last bit actually made you lean in then it might be worth reading on. I’m working with a well backed founding team who have deliberately stepped away from prestigious, predictable career paths to build something they believe could be significantly more valuable. The team already includes consultants, bankers and exited founders who could comfortably have chosen the conventional route. Instead, they chose ownership, speed and upside. They are building AI native business's to "roll-up" traditional industries IYKYK... And it’s no longer just a theory. One of the AI-native businesses they've launched is already generating £1m+ per month. What would you actually do? You might find yourself understanding why inventory doesn't reconcile, why an operational process requires five people and three systems, or why a business that looks efficient from the outside is anything but. You’ll be given difficult, messy business problems rather than neatly defined engineering tickets. Then you build. Expect Python/TypeScript, agentic AI, APIs and event-driven systems, integrating technology across complex operational and commercial environments. The question is always: Can you make this business fundamentally better? Who gets hired? They're less interested in where you're supposed to be at this point in your career and more interested in how quickly you've got there. Maybe you founded something while everyone else was applying for graduate schemes. Maybe you became employee #5 instead of employee #5,000. Maybe you've already built something from zero, taken responsibility well beyond your job title, or achieved something that shouldn't really have been possible given your age or experience. They're looking for steep trajectories, high agency and evidence that you can figure things out without a playbook. If you’ve read this far and none of it has put you off, you’re probably exactly the kind of person we want to hear from. Click apply.
