You’ll join an agile engineering team building .NET Core services with strong QA habits, client-facing collaboration and a practical training pathway into AI-enabled delivery. What you’ll doBuild and maintain .NET Core services and APIs for production useDeliver in an agile team with clear sprint outcomes and continuous improvementWrite clean testable code using TDD and automated testing as standardPartner closely with QA to define test scenarios, improve coverage and reduce defectsContainerise services with Docker and support CI/CD pipelinesDesign and query relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and reusable patternsCollaborate with product, delivery and client stakeholders to shape requirements and solutionsCommunicate progress, risks and technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesSupport secure-by-design delivery aligned to modern engineering practices Essential skills and experienceExperience working in an agile team or environmentStrong experience with .NET CoreExperience with database design and queries (PostgreSQL or MySQL)Experience using Docker and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testingUnderstanding of SOLID and DRY principlesExperience collaborating with QA and taking ownership of quality outcomesStrong communication with technical and non-technical teamsExperience using Slack JIRA Trello MS Teams or similar toolsExperience working in a commercial environment or delivery teamExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsCommitment to industry coding standards and clean maintainable code Nice to haveDomain-Driven Design (DDD) understandingCQRS experienceBDD experienceFront-end development experience at any levelCloud experience with AWS Azure or GCP at any level AI training and enablement at GoacoYou don’t need to be an AI specialist already.
