About The Role We are looking for an experienced Application Developer with a strong background in Java and cloud-based development to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing a range of technologies including Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building robust software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to best practices in software development. Qualifications Proficiency in Core Java development with hands-on experience in building scalable applications.Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and REST API development.Experience with the Spring Framework and Struts for enterprise application development.Familiarity with server-side development using Node.js.Practical experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda and other serverless technologies.Knowledge of PHP development, particularly with the Laravel framework.Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Core Java, ensuring scalability and reliability.Build and enhance Microservices and REST APIs to enable seamless communication between different components of the system.Leverage the Spring Framework and Struts to develop robust, scalable enterprise solutions.Develop server-side components utilizing Node.js to support application functionality.Contribute to cloud development initiatives on AWS, including deploying and managing services like AWS Lambda.Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
