Working at the intersection of engineering, architecture, security and strategy, you will help define identity standards, influence technology direction and support the delivery of key identity initiatives across a large and complex environment. This is a highly visible individual contributor role where your expertise will be valued by senior technology and security leaders. You will balance strategic thinking with hands on technical leadership, helping teams solve complex identity challenges while driving long term capability uplift. Act as the organisation's senior identity subject matter expert, partnering directly with engineering teams to solve complex identity challenges, provide technical guidance on critical initiatives, unblock delivery, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to long term business and technology objectives The Opportunity You Will Define and influence the Identity and Access Management roadmapProvide leadership across Workforce Identity and Customer Identity platformsSupport engineering teams with deep identity SME expertiseGuide IAM, PAM and Identity Governance initiativesEstablish architecture patterns, engineering standards and best practicesPartner closely with Security, Engineering and Architecture teamsDrive modern identity practices across cloud, DevOps and DevSecOps environmentsAct as a trusted advisor on identity related technology decisions What We're Looking For You Will Bring 10+ years of Identity and Access Management experienceExperience working within large and complex enterprise environmentsStrong capability across identity engineering, architecture and strategyExposure to technologies such as Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk and Ping IdentityExperience across both Workforce and Customer Identity environmentsStrong understanding of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and AuthorisationExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Why Join?
