Description

The Opportunity: A well-established investment management organization is expanding its technology capabilities and seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of internal applications, AI-enabled solutions, and business automation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced software engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of full-stack development, artificial intelligence, data, and investment technology. The organization has already made meaningful investments in AI and is continuing to expand its capabilities. This individual will have the opportunity to contribute to a growing initiative focused on developing practical AI applications that solve real business problems. This is not a Salesforce Developer position. Salesforce is one component of a broader enterprise technology environment. What You’ll Do Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications used across the organization.Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, SQL, and Python.Develop and integrate AI and LLM-powered applications into existing business processes.Build APIs and integrations connecting internal applications, enterprise platforms, and data sources.Develop automation that improves complex business and investment workflows.Work with structured and unstructured data to support AI-enabled applications and intelligent processing.Integrate applications with modern enterprise data platforms.Support and enhance Salesforce as part of the broader application ecosystem.Partner directly with investment and business stakeholders to understand their processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automation and AI.Participate in application architecture, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.Help establish development patterns and best practices as the organization's AI capabilities continue to expand. The ideal candidate has enough hands-on experience to work with Salesforce configuration, automation, data, APIs, and integrations while maintaining a much broader software engineering skill set. We are particularly interested in candidates who have built applications that integrate with Salesforce, rather than candidates whose careers have been exclusively focused on Salesforce development or administration. What Makes This Opportunity Different This is an opportunity to join an organization that has already moved beyond simply exploring how AI could be used. The technology team is continuing to expand its use of AI-enabled applications, intelligent automation, and modern development practices, creating an opportunity for this engineer to help shape how these capabilities are applied across the business. You’ll have the chance to work on sophisticated business problems while combining software engineering, AI, data, cloud technology, and investment-domain expertise. Ideal Background The strongest candidate will likely be a full-stack C#/.NET engineer from an investment-management environment who has added Python and AI/LLM development to their toolkit. If you have built enterprise applications within investment management and are interested in doing more hands-on work with AI, automation, and modern application development, we’d like to hear from you. *Robert Half will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
