About the Opportunity: The SOFTWARE APPLICATION DEVELOPER role is designed to contribute to the design, development, and testing of both client-side and server-side components for web applications. This position plays a key role in building scalable and functional software solutions that support the organization's government-focused projects. The developer will impact the organization by advancing application capabilities, improving user interfaces, and ensuring robust backend services. Responsibilities: Develop lightweight client- and server-side prototypes as proofs-of-concept or foundations for new capabilitiesCreate, test, debug, and improve ExtJS-based JavaScript enterprise applications in collaboration with engineers, customers, and end-usersParticipate in Scrum-influenced development practices including weekly standups, sprint task management, and planningUse tools such as Git, GitKraken, Jira, and Confluence for code management, issue tracking, task planning, and documentationAssist with other projects as needed, including development in various programming languages, software architecture design discussions, documentation, testing, and code reviews Requirements: Must be a US citizenBachelor's degree requiredEligibility to obtain and maintain US Secret Security ClearanceMinimum 3 years of experience with at least two of the following: JavaScript (modern development), ExtJS (enterprise applications), PHP (RESTful backend services), version control (Git/GitKraken)Ability to work independently and collaboratively Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
