In this role, you will drive the execution of AI/ML initiatives across storage product development teams. You will coordinate projects from planning through deployment, align stakeholders around priorities and milestones, and help teams navigate dependencies and challenges. About The Role The AI/ML Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives within Micron’s storage product development division. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, and facilitating collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams, management, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance product capabilities and operational efficiencies. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial requirements gathering and planning to deployment and post-launch support. Your responsibilities will include tracking project milestones, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also develop and present updates to executive leadership, highlighting project status, technical achievements, and strategic value. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in SSD product development, validation, firmware, semiconductor products, or related technical environments. Proven experience managing technical programs, project schedules, and multi-functional initiatives is essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to drive projects to deployment milestones, communicate technical status effectively to leadership, and coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams, functions, and geographic regions.
