Structural Engineer : Cardiff Location: Cardiff, South Wales Salary: Up to GBP50,000, depending on experience Working: Flexible hybrid approach An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Structural Engineer with 3:4 years experience, or more, to join a well:established and forward:thinking structural design consultancy based in Cardiff. The consultancy has an exciting and varied pipeline of project work, providing the opportunity to work across a broad range of sectors, building types and structural schemes. The Role As a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a variety of structural engineering projects, working closely with architects, contractors, clients and other consultants. Your Responsibilities Will Include Undertaking structural analysis and design across a range of projects Producing structural calculations, reports and technical documentation Designing structures in a variety of materials Developing structural schemes from concept through to detailed design Producing and reviewing technical drawings Liaising with architects, contractors and other members of the design team Attending site visits and providing technical support where required Managing your own workload and contributing to successful project delivery About You The ideal Structural Engineer will have around 3:4 years relevant consultancy experience, although candidates with more experience are also encouraged .
