About The Role We are seeking a skilled Shopware Webentwickler (m/w/d) to join our dynamic IT team in Lünen on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in the ongoing development, technical optimization, and maintenance of our Shopware 6 e-commerce platform. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the platform’s functionality through the development and customization of plugins, extensions, and interfaces. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement new features, landing pages, and digital campaigns, ensuring a seamless integration between technical solutions and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze website performance, troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, and collaborate with various departments to support the overall digital commerce ecosystem. There is also an opportunity to contribute to the development of our corporate website based on WordPress, providing further scope for technical growth and influence within the company. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in Shopware development, preferably with Shopware 6. Strong technical expertise in PHP, Symfony, Twig, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Experience in developing custom plugins and integrating APIs is highly desirable. A solid understanding of e-commerce processes, user experience (UX), and website performance optimization is required. You should demonstrate a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, along with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Reliability, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility are key attributes for success in this role.
