Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Strategy and PlanningDevelop and maintain 3–5 year Infrastructure RoadmapDefine enterprise infrastructure standards and target architectureAlign infrastructure investments with business goals and regulatory expectationsEstablish infrastructure modernization strategy Enterprise Infrastructure GovernanceEstablish governance framework for infrastructure platformsOversee infrastructure risk management activitiesLead infrastructure compliance initiativesDrive process maturity improvements Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture Design and govern hybrid cloud architectureLead AWS and Azure infrastructure strategyEvaluate emerging technologies and cloud servicesEnsure appropriate cybersecurity and resiliency controls Business Continuity and Disaster RecoveryOwn technology recovery strategyCoordinate disaster recovery architectureSupport enterprise BCP exercisesImprove recovery capabilities and resilience metrics Required Skills8+ years of progressive experience managing IT infrastructure within financial institutions or similarly regulated environmentsExperience overseeing both on-premises and cloud environments including system capacity planning, performance monitoring, and infrastructure optimizationStrong knowledge of:Infrastructure: Windows Server, VMware / Nutanix, Storage and Backup Platforms, Data Center OperationsCloud: AWS / Azure, Hybrid Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, Zero Trust ConceptsResiliency: Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Operational Resilience, High Availability DesignExperience managing network infrastructureManaging local data center and co-location facilities, ensuring operational resilience, redundancy, and disaster recovery readinessExcellent communication skills for engaging with executives, auditors, regulators, and technical teamsExperience with banking compliance standards and regulatory auditsExperience leading disaster recovery, redundancy, and business continuity planning Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExtensive experience working in a banking or highly regulated financial environmentProven leadership in managing complex infrastructure projects and external partnerships
