About The Role Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade artificial intelligence applications and cloud-native solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and vector databases. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and lead initiatives related to application modernization, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects that have a tangible impact on business operations and growth. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in AI development, cloud computing, and software engineering is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core is required, along with a strong understanding of Azure services including Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services. Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is preferred. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates is necessary for deploying scalable cloud environments. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong communication skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications leveraging Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning to meet business needs. Develop AI-powered business applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and vector databases to enhance enterprise capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. Build robust, secure, and scalable cloud-native applications that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, utilizing Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. Architect and maintain secure Azure cloud environments that are highly available and scalable, supporting business continuity and growth. Lead application deployment efforts, including cloud modernization and migration initiatives, to optimize operational efficiency. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub to streamline development workflows. Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices by creating and managing resources with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates. Support containerized deployments utilizing Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring efficient and reliable application delivery. Integrate cloud and on-premises data sources to facilitate AI and analytics initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
