Description

Sales Development Representative StreamLine Partners · Melbourne (office-based, hybrid after six months) · Full-time, permanent · $80,000 base + super + uncapped commission · Realistic first-year earnings around $100,000 About us StreamLine Partners is an Australian consultancy that automates how IT and business teams get work done. We implement and connect service management platforms (Freshservice, Xurrent, Ivanti, Virima), build integrations and workflows, and we've built our own automation and AI platform, Pebble. Our clients are in healthcare, government, pharmaceuticals and higher education. Small team, remote-first, with an office in Melbourne. We have more work coming in than we can carry, and we need someone building the pipeline that keeps it that way. What you'll do Build pipeline for our consulting and licensing business. You'll research target organisations, ring senior IT and service management leaders, book qualified meetings and keep the CRM honest: records complete, sequences followed, no leads falling through the cracks. You'll sit alongside our Sales and Growth Partner in the Melbourne office every day and see the whole cycle, from your first call through to a signed contract. You won't need to know anything about IT service management or automation. We'll teach you the market, the buyers and the products. What we're looking for You can hold a conversation with someone senior who didn't ask to hear from you, and you don't take the first "no" personallyYou're organised. Sequences get followed, notes get written, the CRM reflects realityYou're curious about how enterprise software gets bought, and you want to learn it by doing itPrior SDR, BDR, inside sales or phone-based customer work is a bonus, not a requirementExisting Australian work rights What's in it for you $80,000 base plus super. $100 for every qualified meeting that holds, uncapped and paid monthly, so you're earning from your second month. On top of that, a percentage of closed revenue on opportunities you sourced and helped take through. Realistic first-year earnings sit around $100,000; the ceiling is yours to setThirteen years of selling in this market sitting next to you: there when a call goes badly and when you're not sure how to get past a gatekeeper. Feedback comes the same day, not in a monthly reviewWe'll train you from early on to take an account all the way through to close, not just to the handoff. As soon as you can show the outcomes, we start moving you into an Account Executive seat. There's no fixed clock on itYou'll be allocated a territory of your own to build, not a shared list to churn throughWe sell automation, so we sell with it. HubSpot, Apollo and Claude-assisted prospecting and outreach, running on a process we built ourselves. You'll learn a way of selling most SDRs won't see for yearsMost SDR roles put you on a floor of forty people and hand you a script. This one won't One honest note Most of your calls won't connect. You'll be ringing senior people who are busy and didn't ask to hear from you, and some days nothing will land. If that reads as a challenge rather than a warning, we'd like to hear from you. To apply Skip the cover letter. Send a CV and a video of no more than two minutes, filmed on your phone, telling us why you want to sell and what you'd say to a Head of IT in the first thirty seconds of a cold call. We're not marking production quality; we want to hear how you talk to people, because that's the job. Email it to careers@streamlinepartners.com.au or apply at streamlinepartners.com.au/careers.
