🚀 Full Stack Product Engineer — Remote (US/Canada) We’re hiring Senior Full Stack Product Engineers to join a fast-growing engineering team building intuitive, customer-facing SaaS products at the intersection of marketing, growth, analytics, and AI. 💰 Salary: $180K–$320K 🌎 Location: Remote — US or Canada 💼 Job Type: Full-time 📈 Equity: ISO options 🛂 Visa: Open to H-1B transfers, OPT, TN, O-1, and other eligible visa transfers 👥 Hiring: 6 positions About the Role You’ll help build a new generation of marketing and growth products that allow non-technical users to engage with advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered capabilities. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, customers, and ML engineers to build impactful features from 0→1 and deliver polished, highly interactive user experiences. What You’ll Do • Architect and build features end-to-end for marketing and growth products • Build high-quality, customer-facing user interfaces • Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand real-world needs • Work alongside ML engineers to integrate insights and models into product experiences • Build analytics and observability platforms that surface meaningful marketing insights • Integrate complex ML models into interactive user interfaces • Design intuitive workflows for setting up complex experiments • Contribute to backend API design, data models, CRUD applications, and database systems • Independently lead and architect complex frontend systems Requirements • Senior-level software engineering experience • 5–12 years of software engineering experience • Strong full-stack background with both frontend and backend experience • Experience designing APIs, database migrations, tables, and data models • Solid SQL knowledge • Strong TypeScript experience and some Go experience • Experience building customer-facing, product-centric software • Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid customer feedback loops • 2+ years of experience at a fast-paced Series A–D startup building SaaS products • Clear career growth and increasing ownership in previous roles • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering from a top-40 university • Strong communication, curiosity, high aptitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have • Experience independently leading and architecting complex frontend systems • Strong 0→1 product development experience • Experience working closely with product and design teams • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing products Ideal Candidate We’re looking for engineers who are product-minded, customer-focused, and comfortable owning projects from concept through production. The ideal candidate has demonstrated career growth, meaningful startup experience, strong frontend architecture skills, and enough backend expertise to work across the entire product stack.
