About The Role We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce architecture will be vital in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications that meet and exceed client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, consultants, and other developers, to ensure best practices are followed and deliver high-quality solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact projects for renowned clients across various industries, contributing to their digital transformation journey while advancing your professional skills. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of six years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, with at least three years dedicated to Lightning Web Components development. A strong understanding of Salesforce object model, SOQL, SOSL, and API integrations is essential. Candidates must have experience in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and documentation. Proficiency with version control systems like Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of citizenship or valid visa status. Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency in French and English, relevant certifications such as PD2, JavaScript Developer 1, or System Architect, and experience with data migration, MuleSoft, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with AngularJS, jQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and Salesforce AppExchange deployment is a plus. Responsibilities Develop and enhance Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow to meet client requirements.Collaborate with team members, including architects and consultants, to implement best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables.Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and proactive recommendations to optimize Salesforce usage.Engage with clients during meetings to communicate project status and advise on best practices for Salesforce solutions.Continuously seek process improvements for delivering efficient and effective Salesforce solutions.Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster team growth and expertise.Other duties as assigned to support project success and client satisfaction.
