Technical Project Manager, Composable eCommerce

About the Opportunity: The TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - COMPOSABLE ECOMMERCE is responsible for leading the delivery of enterprise-scale composable commerce and headless web solutions. This role ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing cross-functional, distributed teams. The position plays a critical role in coordinating technical and business stakeholders to maintain project health and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of global composable eCommerce and headless web projects.Develop project charters, roadmaps, milestones, release plans, and governance.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and organizational risks.Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.Translate technical details into clear business insights.Lead User Acceptance Testing and coordinate quality assurance. Requirements: 10+ years of IT project management experience; 8+ years managing complex eCommerce and modern web applications.5+ years managing enterprise eCommerce lifecycles including cart, checkout, multi-currency, taxation, payments, and fulfillment.3+ years managing projects with CommerceLayer or similar headless commerce platforms.Experience with ERP, PIM, payment integrations, and third-party services.4+ years managing Contentful CMS projects within headless or Jamstack architectures.3+ years managing Agile teams delivering React.js and Next.js applications.Experience with Vercel deployment and modern CI/CD practices.Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination.
