Location: Greater London, UK Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Functional Area: Technical / Engineering Job Summary Our client, a leading international manufacturer of heating, cooling and HVAC solutions, is seeking an experienced Technical Support Senior Engineer specialising in Chiller systems to join its UK-based technical team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to distributors, business partners, consultants and end users across Europe and the CIS region, working closely with internal engineering, sales, aftersales and manufacturing teams. The role will focus primarily on comfort chiller, heat pump and hydronic/water-based heating and cooling systems, covering technical support, commissioning, troubleshooting, product training and technical documentation. The Senior Engineer will also contribute to product development and commercial activities through market research, competitor benchmarking, product planning and collaboration with European manufacturers and business partners. This position involves regular travel across Europe, including occasional travel at short notice. Essential Requirements Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Comfort Chillers / Chiller systems. Strong fundamental understanding of water-based heating and cooling systems (Hydronic / Water Systems). Good knowledge of heat pumps and water systems. Hands-on experience in technical support, commissioning and/or troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
