Description

About The Role Join an early-stage AI marketing technology team as its first engineer. You will work closely with the founding team and customers to identify valuable problems, build end-to-end product features, and improve them based on real-world use. What You'll Do Own product features from an ambiguous customer need through launch and ongoing improvement. Work across product design, frontend, backend systems, data, and production LLM pipelines. Build and maintain reliable LLM-powered workflows and agents that deliver customer value. Talk directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate feedback into product decisions. Ship customer-useful software quickly while maintaining production-quality code. What We're Looking For Two to four years of relevant engineering experience, including early-stage startup or founding experience. Experience taking full-stack SaaS features from an unclear problem to a live product, including work from 0 to 1. Strong TypeScript and React skills, with familiarity with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and ClickHouse. Experience building production LLM pipelines and agents, not just prototypes, and using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering. Good product judgment and the ability to design straightforward user experiences for complex workflows. Experience in GEO, SEO, or marketing technology is helpful. Clear English communication skills and comfort representing the product in customer conversations. Willingness to work on-site in Munich or relocate. Compensation & Benefits Base salary is €85,000 to €120,000 annually, with 0.6% to 2.0% equity. Visa sponsorship is available. Location On-site in Munich, Germany.
