Location: Remote / Munich for workshops. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to support an Insurance Business Unit in a complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) project. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned topics, independently structure and analyze requirements, and act as an interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant stakeholders. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires the ability to understand complex technical environments, structure topics effectively, and drive work packages through to implementation. Responsibilities Independently analyze, structure, and translate business and technical requirements within the PAM environmentAssess existing processes, systems, privileged accounts, and relevant use casesDefine and document requirements for PAM processes and solutionsCoordinate independently with internal stakeholders, SMEs, system and account owners, and technical teamsPlan, prepare, and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and progress meetingsSupport the onboarding of systems and privileged accounts into the PAM solution across different infrastructure and application areasCoordinate activities between PAM Engineers, Operations, and system and account ownersTrack implementation activities, testing, sign-offs, and open itemsSupport integration and troubleshooting activities together with the responsible technical expertsContribute to the assessment and continuous improvement of existing PAM processesCoordinate and track relevant incident and change ticketsCreate structured documentation, status reports, and presentationsEnsure transparent and effective communication across all relevant stakeholders Requirements Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role within complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, or related projectsExperience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM)Good technical understanding of complex enterprise server and infrastructure environments, particularly:Microsoft Active Directory, including fundamental directory service and authorization conceptsWindows and Linux server environmentsUser, service, and privileged accountsFundamental authentication and authorization conceptsAbility to quickly understand technical dependencies and communicate effectively with infrastructure and engineering teamsExperience in requirements management, stakeholder management, and change managementAbility to analyze complex topics in a structured manner and document them clearlyHigh degree of ownership and a proactive working style, including the ability to independently gather information, identify relevant stakeholders, clarify open points, and drive topics through to completionStrong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsVery good English language skills Nice to Have Experience with CyberArk or a comparable PAM solutionExperience preparing and facilitating technical workshops Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply managing tickets or documenting requirements.
