The opportunity Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring an eCommerce Technology & Compliance Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our eCommerce platforms, driving online revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital initiatives. This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for ecommerce platforms, including BigCommerce and Shopify, and partners closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, developers, and vendors to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $78,100 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Ecommerce Platform Management: Serve as the primary SME for BigCommerce and Shopify platforms. Manage platform configuration, updates, integrations, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Evaluate and implement new platform features, enhancements, and functionality to improve the customer experience. Partner with vendors and third-party providers to support platform enhancements and issue resolution. Revenue Growth & Business Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities that drive ecommerce revenue and customer engagement. Support merchandising, promotions, product management, and conversion optimization initiatives. Monitor and report on ecommerce KPIs, website performance, and customer behavior trends. Digital Marketing Coordination: Coordinate ecommerce support efforts across Email Marketing, Search Marketing (SEO/SEM), Paid Media, and other digital marketing channels. Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaigns, promotions, and landing pages are implemented accurately and on schedule. Support website tagging, analytics tracking, and marketing technology integrations. Ensure alignment between ecommerce objectives and marketing initiatives. Project Management: Lead and manage ecommerce-related projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, developers, designers, content teams, and external vendors. Develop project plans, track deliverables, manage timelines, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Compliance & Governance: Ensure ecommerce platforms and websites comply with accessibility, privacy, security, and corporate governance standards. Support platform compliance requirements, audits, and policy adherence. Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, integrations, and platform configuration changes. Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Implement and Recommend ecommerce, UX, accessibility, SEO, and digital best practices across all digital properties. Conduct testing and quality assurance reviews for website enhancements, releases, and campaigns. Ensure all website updates and ecommerce initiatives meet quality standards before deployment. Recommend continuous improvements to improve site functionality, customer experience, and operational efficiency. More About You BS Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
