The opportunity As part of the Americas Tax Technology Group (ATTG), you will be part of an organization that designs, builds, and operates AI-enabled digital products that empower our Tax professionals and clients. ATTG partners closely with the Tax practice to deliver secure, scalable, and responsible technology solutions, including digital and mobile tools, data platforms, analytics, dashboards, visualization, and emerging generative AI–driven experiences. This role blends people leadership, technical depth, and AI-informed decision making, ensuring products are delivered with speed, quality, and trust while aligning with firm architecture, security, and AI governance standards. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,600 to $197,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,900 to $224,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
