Role Overview We’re looking for a Lead .Net Software Engineer to help shape the technical direction, architecture, standards, and delivery of our core platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software engineering depth with pragmatic architectural judgement. You’ll contribute directly in the codebase while guiding design and delivery across services, APIs, event flows, BFFs, and selected frontend components within an event-driven architecture. Our platform is built primarily with C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, AWS, Blazor, and MudBlazor, with services running across Lambda, ECS, and EC2. We continue to evolve our engineering practices, tooling, and platform capabilities as the platform grows. We take an AI-first approach to engineering, with AI-assisted development embedded into day-to-day workflows. This role will help drive effective adoption of those practices and support the design, implementation, operation, and governance of selected AI agents and agent-enabled workflows. While this role does not include line management, it does involve strong technical leadership through mentoring, design guidance, and raising engineering standards across the team.
