About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal DevOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis supporting a U.S.
Government customer.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure and build robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery.

Design, provision, and maintain scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architectures utilizing TerraformArchitect, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines within GitLab to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable software deliveryDeploy, manage, and scale cloud-native environments using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and KubernetesPartner with software engineering teams to streamline deployment processes, resolve pipeline bottlenecks, and enforce operational best practicesDevelop and enhance internal tooling using Python, OpenAPI specifications, and SDKs to improve developer experienceEnsure security, compliance, and best practices are integrated into infrastructure and deployment workflowsMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud and infrastructure performanceStay current with emerging DevOps tools, technologies, and industry trends to recommend improvements
