Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web development or programming roles.Proficiency in Python is essential, with experience in web frameworks such as Flask or Django.Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Familiarity with database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL.Experience working with cloud services, especially AWS, is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.Effective project management skills within a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Responsibilities Develop and maintain fully functional, high-quality web applications by writing clean, testable code.Design intuitive user interfaces and web layouts adhering to best practices in HTML and CSS.Regularly organize testing and debugging sessions to identify and resolve issues promptly.Upgrade, optimize, and repair existing programs while integrating back-end data sources effectively.Draft comprehensive technical documentation to support users and facilitate future development.Analyze application performance metrics and recommend new features or improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.Ensure all web applications and programs comply with security standards and best practices.Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve development processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, maintaining clear communication throughout the development lifecycle.
