About The Role We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our dynamic team at RIT Solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming existing automation processes by converting approximately 30 UiPath bots into Python scripts. Your primary responsibility will be to replicate and enhance current automation outcomes, ensuring improved efficiency and reliability. You will collaborate closely with business process owners to evaluate existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, automation, and web-based workflows, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Python development, particularly in automation projects, is essential. Familiarity with UiPath and the ability to convert automation workflows into Python scripts is highly desirable. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Selenium for browser automation, Pandas for data processing, and other relevant Python libraries used in automation tasks. Knowledge of API integration, SQL for database interactions, and version control tools such as GitLab is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also important. Prior experience in transforming robotic process automation (RPA) into Python-based solutions will be considered a significant advantage. Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include transforming approximately 30 existing UiPath bots into efficient Python scripts, ensuring that automation outcomes are replicated and improved upon. You will partner with business process owners to assess current workflows, identify opportunities for process optimization, and suggest innovative automation solutions. Utilizing Selenium, you will develop browser automation scripts to streamline web-based workflows, while Pandas will be employed for data manipulation and processing tasks. You will also integrate various APIs to enhance automation capabilities and facilitate data collection from multiple sources. Managing database interactions using SQL will be part of your role, supporting data-driven automation tasks. Version control using GitLab will be essential for collaborative development and maintaining code integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting your work comprehensively and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.
