A Snapshot of Your Day As a Civil Field Engineer (f/m/d), you take responsibility for the safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of complex industrial construction projects within an international project environment. Working closely with the Civil Site Manager, you manage civil construction activities on site, coordinate subcontractors and consortium partners, and ensure compliance with technical, scheduling, cost, and EHS requirements. You play a key role in driving a strong Zero Harm culture while fostering collaboration and team spirit across all stakeholders — including customers, contractors, and multidisciplinary site teams. Through proactive risk management, progress tracking, and issue escalation, you help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
