About The Role

Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar roleProficiency in SQL and data modelingExperience in building and managing reliable data pipelinesStrong understanding of data quality, security, and reliability principlesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical colleaguesExperience with tools such as Dagster, Snowflake, Postgres, Kafka, dbt, Airbyte, Kubernetes, or AWS is a plusFamiliarity with data mesh architecture and self-service analytics is advantageousInterest and daily use of AI tools like Claude Code or similarProactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements independentlyWillingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
