Qualifications
Proven experience managing production systems in AWS or similar cloud environmentsStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation toolsHands-on experience with AWS networking components such as VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, load balancers, and DNSProficiency in Linux, shell scripting, Python, and Go programming languagesExperience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as ECS or KubernetesFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, Pulumi, Terraform, or equivalent infrastructure as code toolsKnowledge of observability platforms including Datadog, Prometheus, and GrafanaUnderstanding of databases and message queues such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and async workersExperience with edge and traffic management tools like Cloudflare or similarPractical approach to automation, reliability, and operational workflowsExperience with incident response, on-call management, and postmortem analysisStrong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and data layers
