$147,216 + Superannuation + salary packaging options of up to $15,900 for living expenses (under RACGP’s health promotion charity status)12-month Fixed Term Contract with Full-time working hoursFlexible location/WFH options available About the role: Reporting to the AI & Automation Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and optimisation of enterprise AI and automation solutions across RACGP. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and delivery partners, you'll create and maintain scalable AI capabilities, establish technical standards, mentor engineers and ensure solutions remain secure, reliable and deliver ongoing business value. As our Senior AI Engineer, you'll also: Consult with the business to identify AI and automation opportunitiesDevelop business cases, estimates and value-driven recommendationsApply governance, privacy, security and responsible AI standardsMentor engineers and uplift delivery capability across the team. Skills and experience: Expertise in enterprise grade AI and automation solutionsStrong hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, AI Agent Development and Automation skillsProven technical leadership and mentoring capabilityAbility to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
