Description Job Role We're looking for a hands-on QA Manager to lead our software quality function and drive the transformation from manual to automated testing across our healthcare technology platforms. This role requires deep domain expertise in healthcare payor and provider systems, combined with strong technical leadership in test automation and emerging AI-powered testing tools. You'll build and mentor a high-performing QA team while staying directly involved in automation architecture and execution. Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Own the overall quality strategy for software development, ensuring products meet functional, regulatory, and performance requirementsLead, mentor, and grow a QA team, fostering a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvementPartner with Engineering, Product, and Compliance leaders to embed quality practices throughout the SDLCDevelop and execute a comprehensive functional, integration, and regression testing strategy across products and dataDefine and track QA metrics and KPIs (test coverage, defect leakage, automation rate, release quality) and report to senior leadershipDrive release governance and readiness across the QA function, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to plan release schedules, manage risk, and ensure UAT cycles are executed with clear acceptance criteria and stakeholder sign-off.
