This role focuses on the development and operation of modern web applications and the integration of advanced artificial intelligence features into a diverse product portfolio. The successful candidate will work across the full stack to design cloud-native services that enhance workflows for medical professionals and patients. What you'll be doing • Develop and operate modern web applications across a SaaS portfolio, working across frontend, backend, and DevOps layers. • Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences using LLMs, retrieval methods, and structured workflows. • Design and maintain cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity. • Collaborate with product management, UX, and architecture teams to establish best practices for AI engineering. • Apply an outcome-driven mindset to translate complex healthcare workflows into effective technical features. What we're looking for • Extensive senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with deep knowledge of React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Python. • A completed advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Proficiency with technologies such as Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and experience with LLM tools and AI pipelines. • Proven track record of applying AI in software engineering, including the use of agentic coding tools and context engineering. • Professional fluency in both German and English with strong proactive problem-solving skills.
