The role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and team management skills, with approximately 80% of the time dedicated to architecture, coding, and technical problem-solving, and 20% to coaching, mentoring, and team development. As a central figure in the development process, you will collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements. Promoting best practices in software engineering, fostering a developer-friendly environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives are key aspects of this role. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in backend software engineering with proven leadership experience.
