The Role Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications. Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies within a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment. Conduct software analysis, programming, and debugging, including implementing unit tests and remediating SonarQube findings. Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes using tools like Jenkins/CloudBees and Git, and work with relational/NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security and performance best practices, and periodically assist with Help Desk support. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in application development or Java development. Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful web services. Experience building and enhancing Java/Spring Boot applications integrated with Palantir Foundry, leveraging REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Proficiency with front-end technologies including React (18+), Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON, as well as experience with Node.js (22+), Struts 2, Maven, and JQuery. Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, CloudWatch, load balancers, serverless architectures) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CloudBees and Git.
