Junior Production Support Engineer

Product Support Engineer Remote (EST or CST time zone preferred) This is a Remote role. Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour About The Role Our client, a Fortune 100 healthcare leader, is seeking a remote Product Support Engineer to join a high-performance software development and systems engineering team. In this role, you will manage systems operations, maintenance, and application support for a commercial software platform serving the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues in cloud-based environments using Microsoft, Cloud, and Web technologies. As an active member of an agile team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, development, and business teams to address critical production issues and contribute to the ongoing development and support of state-of-the-art technology platforms. This position is best suited for individuals located in the EST or CST time zones.
