Job Description
Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities.Maintain project schedules and drive on-time completion.Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction.Enforce jobsite safety requirements and company policies.Collaborate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders.Manage project documentation and field reporting.Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.Proven experience leading projects in the $1M-$10M range.Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and field teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish.
