About the Team
The West Elm Site Management team is responsible for the day-to-day health and functionality of westelm.com.
We sit at the intersection of Design, Technology and Retail, ensuring that all content and product launches reflect the same quality and attention to detail that customers expect from the West Elm brand.
We are a fast-paced, collaborative team whose problem-solving and attention to detail directly shape the customer’s online experience.
About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Producer with a problem-solving mentality.
This individual will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to troubleshoot site and tooling issues, launch new features, and managing the accurate, timely setup of product assortment data and digital assets that bring the marketing and site experience to life.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking on multiple projects at any given time.
This is NOT a merchandising/buying role.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will...
Manage multiple product assortments simultaneously, supporting weekly bug fixes, on-site promotions and seasonal product launches.
Support in the preparation and organization of digital assets.
Partner with Site Merchandising and Site Marketing teams on the setup and execution of on-site campaigns and initiatives Update and maintain the West Elm homepage content and other key site content placements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistent customer experience.
Monitor the site for errors, troubleshoot and triage site issues raised by cross-functional partners, identifying root cause and resolving or escalating as appropriate.
Document processes, issues, and resolutions clearly to help the Site Management team maintain reliable records.
Manage the eComm org weekly and seasonal product launch calendar.
Build timelines and own communication to cross-functional partners.
Support special eComm projects as needed
