Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement - RQ11650 We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, business analysis, DevOps environments, CI/CD pipelines, requirements gathering, business process modelling, stakeholder management, team coaching, and Agile delivery. The successful candidate will lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, support Product Owners, manage stakeholder relationships, improve team performance, and help ensure effective delivery within an Agile environment. General Skills Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques.Experience with development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks.Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus-building, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology.Ability to educate and guide others on Agile practices.Experience facilitating relationships between Agile teams and Product Owners.Ability to maintain a safe working environment and support conflict resolution.Experience leading Agile teams in self-organization.Ability to identify and address gaps within the Agile framework.Experience mentoring and coaching teams to remove impediments.Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews.Ability to support project goals and improve team performance. Experience And Skill Set Requirements Education Qualifications – 40% Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications.Strong understanding of both Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks.Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines.Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure productivity in an Agile environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience Qualification – 30% Advanced Certifications: PMI-ACP, SA Fe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications are highly desirable.Experience in DevOps Environments: Previous experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst within a DevOps setting, bridging the gap between development and operations teams.Familiarity with DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.Experience with Cloud and Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and tools like Docker or Kubernetes.Software Development Background: Experience in software development is advantageous, enabling better communication with technical teams.Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is preferred. Requirements Skillset – 20% Backlog Management: Experience collaborating with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, ensuring the highest-priority work is well-defined and ready for development.Gap Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to perform gap analysis, identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations.Agile Metrics Management: Skilled in tracking and analysing Agile metrics (e.g., Burndown charts, Velocity) to drive team performance improvements.Stakeholder Engagement: Expertise in managing and balancing stakeholder needs while ensuring alignment with development priorities.Conflict Resolution: Experience resolving conflicts within the team and between stakeholders to maintain harmony and productivity.
