As a Commercial, Growth & Business Development - Business Graduate, you’ll help CGI develop client relationships, identify new opportunities and win meaningful work. Whether you’re supporting bids and proposals, contributing to sales activity or helping shape business development plans, you’ll play an important part in CGI’s continued growth. You’ll be trusted with responsibility from day one, working with colleagues across our business to understand client priorities and communicate the value CGI can deliver. Your commercial curiosity, creativity and ideas will help us build strong partnerships and create new opportunities. Your future duties and responsibilities In this role, you’ll help CGI identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships and win meaningful work. You’ll combine commercial awareness, creativity and collaboration to support our continued growth across a range of industries. You will: Identify opportunities: Research clients, markets and industries to help uncover opportunities for CGI to grow.Support bids and proposals: Work with colleagues across CGI to develop clear, compelling responses that demonstrate the value we can deliver.Build client relationships: Help teams understand client priorities, communicate our capabilities and develop trusted partnerships.Use commercial insight: Analyse information, monitor opportunities and support plans that contribute to sustainable business growth.Innovate alongside other graduates: Take part in early careers initiatives that go beyond your day-to-day role. Every contribution you make will help deliver outcomes with lasting impact. Locations Opportunities are available in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds and London. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role We’re seeking ambitious graduates who are commercially curious, confident communicators and motivated by building relationships and creating new opportunities. Whatever your degree subject, if you’re ready to learn, collaborate and help communicate the value CGI can deliver for its clients, we want to hear from you. You should have: A minimum 2:2 degree (some roles may require a 2:1).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.Commercial awareness and an interest in clients, markets and business development.Confidence building relationships and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify relevant insights and opportunities.Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to contribute to high-quality bids, proposals and presentations.Flexibility to travel and work on projects across the UK.Eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with many roles requiring higher National Security Vetting.
