We are seeking a Multi Cloud Engineer to support and troubleshoot a large-scale cloud environment across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud.
This role will own incidents end-to-end, from initial triage through resolution, automation, and written RCA.

Pay Rate: $70–$80/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve production issues across AWS, GCP, AliCloud, and internal cloud platforms.Manage cloud account lifecycle, provisioning, IAM/access, quotas, networking, and cost optimization.Troubleshoot EC2/GCE, VPC, load balancers, DNS, networking, IAM, and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/ACK) environments.Use Terraform/Ansible, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, and Python/Go/Bash for automation and operational improvements.Build and maintain actionable monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.Perform incident response, outage triage, mitigation, and blameless RCA documentation.Develop automation and self-service solutions to reduce repetitive manual remediation.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, Cloud Operations, or similar roles.Strong production experience with AWS or GCP, plus working knowledge of at least one additional cloud provider.Strong IAM, networking, Kubernetes, DNS, TLS, and troubleshooting fundamentals.Experience with Terraform/Ansible and scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.Strong written communication and experience handling production incidents end-to-end.
Preferred:
AliCloud experience.AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud certification.Experience supporting enterprise developer platforms or hybrid cloud environments.Follow-the-sun, multi-region, or on-call support experience.
