Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer II on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Configure, support, and troubleshoot API and system integrations using IBM DataPower, Microsoft BizTalk, and Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Logic Apps, and Service BusManage API connectivity, routing, authentication, authorization, TLS certificates, message transformation, endpoints, queues, and downstream dependencies across integration environmentsTroubleshoot infrastructure and production issues by analyzing network traffic, firewall logs, monitoring alerts, deployment failures, connectivity issues, performance issues, and integration errorsUse Infrastructure as Code practices to provision, configure, standardize, and maintain infrastructure environments, while supporting network and firewall administration activitiesSupport releases, modernization efforts, and operational readiness activities, including change management, environment transitions, patching, upgrades, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in infrastructure support and system integrationExperience supporting integrations using Azure Integration Services and IBM DataPowerAbility to travel 15-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
